Sourcing partners are selected for continuity, compliance, and capacity. Channel relationships are reviewed regularly against client requirements.
Volume-based pricing
Pricing is structured against engagement volume and prevailing market conditions. Minimum order quantities apply and are confirmed at scoping.
Logistics coordination
Coordination across freight, customs, and last-mile providers is included where applicable. Routing is scoped to the engagement.
Defined response times
Initial quotations are issued within three to ten business days. Indicative ranges are available earlier on request.
Scope and deliverables are documented in writing before commercial terms are discussed. Procurement is conducted against client-defined specifications and runs through established sourcing channels.
Procurement engagements proceed against documented specifications including category, quantity, delivery window, and acceptable channel constraints. Advisory engagements typically include account mapping, channel structure, and execution support across outbound and partnership programs. Pricing is volume- and condition-dependent and is not published.
Engagements outside the firm’s areas of practice are declined, with referrals provided where possible.
