Who we are

A Wyoming firm sourcing product and advising mid-market organizations on commercial expansion.

The firm was founded to provide two complementary services: procurement of product against client specifications, and advisory support for client expansion.

The firm acts as a reseller, sourcing product through established channel partners against documented client specifications. Engagements are governed by written scope; deliverables follow the format and standards expected by internal client teams.

The firm does not publish rate cards. Pricing is determined by engagement volume and prevailing market conditions. Initial quotations are typically returned within three to ten business days, depending on category. Procurement activity is subject to availability and to minimum order quantities established by channel.

Briefs falling outside the firm’s areas of practice, including specialized regulated categories, retail-direct distribution, and any work requiring manufacturer representation, are declined. Referrals are provided where possible.

Scope precedes pricing

Every engagement is governed by a written scope defining objectives, deliverables, and exclusions. Commercial terms are issued against documented scope.

Channels selected on continuity

Sourcing channels are evaluated on continuity, compliance, and capacity. Headline price is one input among several.

Internal-quality deliverables

Work product is prepared in the format and to the standard expected by internal client teams.
