Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chance Elke & Associates, LLC website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational purpose

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about our practice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, professional advice, or the formation of a client or advisory relationship. Engagements are formed only by separate written agreement.

Pricing and product information

The Site does not publish pricing, product specifications, or supplier or manufacturer identities. All pricing is determined by engagement volume and prevailing market conditions. Minimum order quantities apply. Initial response times are typically three to ten business days. All quotations are subject to availability.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligation on the part of either party. Any quote we issue is non-binding until accepted in writing under a separate engagement agreement, and is subject to the assumptions, exclusions, and conditions stated within it.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents are owned by Chance Elke & Associates, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The “Chance Elke & Associates” name and associated marks are property of the company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal evaluative use.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chance Elke & Associates, LLC, and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
